Every year for Christmas my son who lives in another state buys his father a month or two of car washes as a gift. The month begins when the sticker is put on his vehicle. Without informing our son, the car wash decided the month began upon date of purchase so therefore his father lost 8 days out of the month. Classic Auto Wash WOULD NOT honor the gift as of Christmas, even though they were fully aware of the situation. Thankfully Hoffman car wash is moving in soon!!

It has been the same rules since we started doing the plans 2.5yrs ago The plan ALWAYS starts on the date bought and recharges on that same date the next month Unfortunately we have no way to switch the date of which the plan was purchased We also mention that when someone is purchasing for a gift Sorry for the inconvenience
I was at your car wash this morning and purchased the Gold unlimited (recpt time 10:20am) In front of me in line was a large Pickup Truck with a piece of industrial equip on the back. I went thru the was, and over to Hess. There I noticed the hood of my car to have deep rotating scratches. I immediately went back to the wash where the attendant said she did not believe the car wash brushes caused my scratches. I say BULL.
