I went there spent $22 on a car wash. it never dried my car left spots all over my car. when I called to tell them about it they said there's nothing they can do about it if I want those spots will come off if I just get a towel and wipe them off. it will be the last time I go to that car wash.

My car has been getting scratched going through the car wash. I was told over the phone to bring it in to get looked at. So, I brought it in last night and spoke to a gentleman that worked there and he told me it would be handled and his friend's car was scratched too. I went thru new wash. paid for platinum only got gold twice. then yesterday it caught the rear panel of car ripped it off and bent the bumper. the help is rude.
After years of patronage they turn there back when something gouged my new truck

Every year for Christmas my son who lives in another state buys his father a month or two of car washes as a gift. The month begins when the sticker is put on his vehicle. Without informing our son, the car wash decided the month began upon date of purchase so therefore his father lost 8 days out of the month. Classic Auto Wash WOULD NOT honor the gift as of Christmas, even though they were fully aware of the situation. Thankfully Hoffman car wash is moving in soon!!

I was at your car wash this morning and purchased the Gold unlimited (recpt time 10:20am) In front of me in line was a large Pickup Truck with a piece of industrial equip on the back. I went thru the was, and over to Hess. There I noticed the hood of my car to have deep rotating scratches.
