Consistent customer with this car wash. Love the vacuums because they are kept up better than the competitors and the staff is also kind. HOWEVER I went through this car wash for the 3rd time this month as I usually do and came out with major scratches. I was greeted at the gate by an employee so I’m sure he could vouch for the prior condition of my car. After I left the wash my car was scratched to heck. Absolutely no more. Just went through just minutes ago and something happened, broke down and paid $11 and it didn’t even clean my car. Nothing. Just passed my vehicle without soap, water or dryer. Nothing. Done so disappointed.
