I was under the impression that the plan I was on for unlimited. I went through the wash at Lake Wales and there were still bugs on the car. Used the brushes for a second time and then went to go back through only to find out that it was once per day. I had soap on the car but because I did not talk to Javon before I used the brushes he would not allow me to go through again because he did not see bugs. You can’t in anyway cancel a recurring program. I’ve tried everything and I can’t get anyone to contact me. I have to continue disputing the charges with my credit card company. Do not purchase any program, much less even go there and support this extremely deceptive company!
Not a good place to do business. very unprofessional.
Horrible car wash!!! They don't let trucks or SUV in. Poorly run hopefully they will get bought out by competent owners.
