As a long term monthly membership pretty much since right around the time when you first opened the winter garden location, I am so disappointed with the worst customer service I received today from management. I pulled in and literally told the manager I already been through here earlier. I spilled some gas on the side of my car accidentally and would like to run my car through to get the gas off my tire and around it. I was under the impression that the plan I was on for unlimited. I went through the wash at Lake Wales and there were still bugs on the car. Used the brushes for a second time and then went to go back through only to find out that it was once per day. I had soap on the car but because I did not talk to Javon before I used the brushes he would not allow me to go through again because he did not see bugs. You can’t in anyway cancel a recurring program. I’ve tried everything and I can’t get anyone to contact me. I have to continue disputing the charges with my credit card company. Do not purchase any program, much less even go there and support this extremely deceptive company!

Horrible car wash!!! They don't let trucks or SUV in. Poorly run hopefully they will get bought out by competent owners.
