RecommendedI love this car wash! It’s so convenient being right in the middle of the hot spots on University. Cody & his staff are so friendly and they always have a big smile on. I love having the towels & window cleaner always available to use as needed right there on the vacuums. The vacuums are the most powerful is have ever used at a car wash. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I just signed up for an unlimited membership only to realize it’s not really unlimited. You are only allowed 1 wash per day. Any other car wash when you purchase an unlimited membership it’s truly unlimited. After all my car was still dirty and I needed to go back through but nope 👎 and also this is Florida, lots of dirt, sand and pollen so sometimes it’s nice to be able to wash a second time if we so choose. CUSTOMER BE AWARE! Recently purchased a hood deflector, this morning went to wash the car. After going through, it was missing. Informed attendant, he went to locate it, yes it was torn off. Attendant stated there policy does not cover aftermarket parts. I am out $120.00 and left with a scratch on my hood. If I would have been informed by the attendant before entering of the possibilty of damage I would not have proceeded to wash the car.
RecommendedAs a long term monthly membership pretty much since right around the time when you first opened the winter garden location, I am so disappointed with the worst customer service I received today from management. I pulled in and literally told the manager I already been through here earlier. I spilled some gas on the side of my car accidentally and would like to run my car through to get the gas off my tire and around it.
