I pay for the premium monthly package and this is the 5th time there have been issues and I am unable to get more car washed. Either you close early and do not post on your website, machine issues or just closed. You post daily on your FB page but today there is a plumbing issue and I’ve driven up there twice and can’t use my monthly service. Still no communication that you are unable to wash vehicles on your FB page.

Thanks for the feedback. We have been open for one year and this was the first time we have ever been closed due to a plumbing issue. We kept a team member at the entrance to greet and inform everyone along with keeping the vacuums open. Outside of inclement weather, a global pandemic or impending rain...we are open. BEWARE! My white car came out with a pink/purple stain. Because I did not stop to hand dry my car, I didn’t notice the staining until I returned home. I called and Brian advised me to return to the wash, where he would look at my car and rewash. After a second wash, much of the staining was gone, but there was still residual that would have to be polished off. Sonja. Thanks for the time to leave a review. As we discussed, we do not have a chemical leak or a way to leave this much product on a vehicle. We did offer a refund for the wash. We offered another wash free of charge without any questions. We did offer you a $50 gift card and then today we offered a gift card replacement check that we would have been happy to mail. Sorry those were not a suitable resolution. Enjoy the weekend.
Treat this wash like a dishwasher make sure your vehicle is clean before washing or you’ll be disappointed. Washed my truck to try it out didn’t even wash back or tailgate! Mentioned to workers offered to wipe it off 🤨 not worth $20

Glad you came by Austin and we would be happy to make it right. Some of the issue may be that our team put in a retract for the hitch on the back of your truck for both the safety of your vehicle and our equipment. Dried cement is just about impossible for any car wash to get clean. We would love for you to come back and get a FREE wash on us. Sometimes when that dirt and grime has been there for a while, it's just hard to come off.
