RecommendedHad the premium wash today and left very impressed. This is the most thorough automated car wash I’ve been through. The wash starts out strong with a heavy foam covering your entire car accompanied by a Disney caliber light show. The kids were literally screaming with excitement. BEWARE::: THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY I brought my brand new Toyota sequoia through the car wash. Followed Soloman’s instructions, put my car in neutral, kept my hands off the steering wheel, my car came off the track The machine stopped and my truck was facing at an odd angle. An employee came over, had me roll down my windows told me to steer back on to the track. I finished, exited and saw that my truck had a bit of damage on the front passenger side. No one answers the phone and the stupid website won't let us cancel our monthly plan!!! The only option on the website was to "postpone membership" so I went all the way out to the year 2030 (until I could get out to the car wash in person and cancel) but today my card is being charged again for the monthly payment!!! I want to cancel our monthly plan!

Absolutely horrific experience at Wash 37135. The staff are bullies and unprofessional. They don't care about anything than covering their own backsides. They could bully someone who was smaller than them, as if I don't know anything I'm talking about. When the car didn't get washed because the sensor triggered early, I pulled around and asked them to redo it. They leaped into an explanation of how it wasn't the car wash, I said okay but I need it washed properly cause I had just paid $14 for it, they said they'd re-wash it... read more
