Have called twice to cancel as listed on the membership pamphlet. The unlimited car wash I used 2 times per week (and I paid for the highest one to include the body protection) has ruined the paint job on my 3 year old car. After I started getting it washed regularly the paint began to lift and bubble on my bumper. Please cancel my membership. I’d like a refund for the last month considering the damage to my vehicle.

I have been going to The Wave car wash for years and it is usually been a good car wash I've been taking all 3 of my cars and now for the past year I've had problems 2 times. It keeps leaving the blue soap all over my car and so then I go back through and the first time it happened it did get it off and then yesterday when I went I went through second time to get the blue soap off and all the spots that it left all over my car and it didn't there still spots and then I had to go and wipe all the soap off of it before it drie... read more

The wash broke down, was sent through anyone. At least I was able to get them to hose the soap off afterward. A little surprised I was not offered a future free wash, or at least given a refund for the wash I paid for and did not get. I do understand that the employees were in panic mode with a huge line of cars, but in the future, it might be good to train employees to offer compensation when customers pay for a service and don't receive it.
