Since you did an "upgrade" on the car wash it DOES NOT clean the car! After the most expensive wash, the windshield still has thick road grime on the area that isn't touched by the windshield wipers. The front chrome grill and the back end are also dirty and grimy after going through your "new" car wash!!! This is my third time since you did your upgrade that I've used your car wash. Improve the attitude of the arrogant employee that told me to go somewhere else when I asked him what their solution would be if they could not get my 2018 Chevy bolt clean.
No one using brush on vehicle before wash so does NOT come clean 😒 Very disappointed with the new and improved method I won’t be returning!!!!!
Took my truck through with $16 car wash. No pre wash anymore. after wash found bird poops still on hood I could wipe off with finger and grill was dirty. Went back and pointed out grill and poops. They sent me through again and grill still dirty. Quitting pre washing was bad idea. Too bad, 2 cars and work truck 2-3x per month. Not anymore. I have pics if you care.
Thanks wave! Paid twenty bucks and actually asked them to wash the grille on my truck cause they typically do not do a good job. I shouldn't have said anything cause they did worse then ever before. I will not return to the wave. I'd rather have girl scouts wash my vehicles.....
Came by today and my car still has a lot of missed spots :/ this isn’t the first time that it’s happened either. I respect that you will rewash for free however it’s a hassle having to come back when it should have been corrected the first time.
i’ve been going here for about 5 years now. service has been adequate. but today i arrive and find the prices have jumped $2.00 at every level. So, the service and wash hasn’t changed and prices go up. sorry, done with it.
