My husband went to get his truck “WASH” and was told no because it was dirty. Well i guess next he needs to wash it himself and then go back or how does a “CARWASH” work now a days. Disappointed
Free vacuum was great. The line was long but moved quickly. Wheels were not clean at all (no one cleaning them prior to driving into the car wash. Missed quite a few spots on my car and I paid for the tsunami with wax. Won’t be coming back.
This place stole money from me. They tricked me into signing up for a car wash membership for the summer for $16 then jumped the cost to $39 a month! They refuse to give me the difference back because "I should have noticed sooner". On top of that sometimes I'd have to go thru twice just to get all the missed spots on my midsize SUV. They were rude and refused to show proof that I signed up for a $39 a month membership they auto-charged my card for... for months! Awful... don't go here.
My finace took his car to be washed has a membership. He followed behind a guy into the car wash. The guy was waiting at the end of the wash. Started yelling at my fiancé that the car wash was closed. He had a work shirt on so he is a employee there!!! My fiancé told him he didn’t know it was closed. The employee continues to yell and ask my fiancé and asked him you know what happens when you assume stuff.... I could go on about how RUDE this employee was. We will be contacting managers and will not ever be back
Took my Honda pilot through there and it broke off the entire rear wiper from my vehicle...not just the blade but the entire wiper down to a metal bolt on the window:( Don't go here unless you want your vehicle damaged
The place is completely mismanaged...Damaged the tail-light on our vehicle, and they refuse to take responsibility - knowing we "had" 2 cars on their "unlimited" plan. We promptly cancelled both services, not wanting more damage to the cars.
It was ok I went for the free vaccum LOL (leave the gargage there)
This place snuffed up my car ! Looks like hell ! Stay away !
