Very impressed with this car wash especially the free vacuuming. Wish we had one further up in the Renton/Kent area.
1st time Customer. Purchased the Tsunami and the worker says if it's not clean enough come to the window and we will let you go again. We vacuumed on the house. Will go again if we're in that are. Thanks.

Went there today and couldn’t use the vacuum because I didn’t get a car wash. With all the businesses that had to be closed and lost money why on earth would they turn away ANY money? Won’t be going back
Bird poop not washed off, vacuums barely have suction! Worst wash I’ve ever had! I’ve really been chomping at the bit to go here bc it’s just arnd the corner from home. Wish I’d read the reviews first b4 wasting my money. A car wash is a treat for me, but this visit was not.

I come here at LEAST twice a week to wash my car and occasionally vaccum it out. Today i went to the last vaccum to find out both were too clogged to even work, so i moved to the next one, i was rudely greeted by a manager and the first thing he said was "are you the one clogging all the vaccums" and i said "no they were clogged when i got here, which is why i moved" and he said "yeah, i know you moved but is it you thats clogging it?" I went here today at about 3:15pm. I paid $16.00 for the Tsunami and it was the worst wash plus all the "extras" I have ever spent. My windshield didn't even come clean. Yes, I even took pictures because one of the guys who works there wouldn't let me vacuum out my truck before I bought the $16.00 wash even if I paid. I don't mind spending a little more on extras, if they really work!!! How can you charge that much and absolutely nothing come off my rims or even my licence plate!!
