I saw a comment online how chief. Mathew brought back her husband who left for years. I contacted chief. Wash was adequate but sadly no damp cloths/towels provided as part of the after car wash service as with another local car wash. One vacuum was not working properly and I saw no way to let employees know of same.

This is one of the worse car washes I have been to. I tried it two times just to see if they were having a bad day. I guess every day is a bad day for these guys. I seriously had the same dirt and bugs in the car. I tried by he vacuums and one was medium suction and the other was even worse. I don't know if it even sucked anything up. I approached Lawrence the "manager" i feel gross even associated that title with him. I said my car is just as dirty as when I arrived. The woman taking calls on the phone was so incredibly rude! All I did was ask a question about why the car wash was closed for a few days. I've never experienced such horrible customer service....she almost bit my head off for asking. Then she called back to say it would be open just for the day..but since I cancelled my membership I can't use the car wash. I didn't cancel it! I just bought it 2 weeks ago. And now since I am asking more questions about how it got cancelled...she's just going to suspend it anyway. Unbeliev... read more

No “ rain checks” for customers who have receipts from as soon as 1 day ago is the softest customer service policy I’ve ever heard of. *end Karen rant*

I highly do NOT recommend this place! The "manager" claims to be the owner , 🤣 There was sever damage to my moms car from the car wash and when we went to view the video, he claimed he could see the damage upon entering, (it was just dirt and water spots) when the wash was over however, the whole right side of the hood was scratched up severely! October 9,the 2019 My car was damaged at the auto spa, the attendant took pictures and called the owner. the attendant said I'd be taken care of, and to call or comeback during business hours. Ive called 4 times and left messages and I received no response. I went to the Auto Spa and found Lawrence Barreras, who introduced himself as the owner.
