To the owner/partner of the man who was verbally abusive to me at the car wash today at approximately 11 AM, August 24, 2018. He was standing to the right on the entrance doing the pre-wash. I was on a business call when I drove up to the entrance kiosks. A young girl leaned over attempted to engage me in conversation while I’m talking on speakerphone with my business contact. If I could give NO stars I would! The incompetent employee that should have helped align my tires gave me no direction except straight, which caused my rims to ride on the edge. Both my rims are scraped up now, the owner proceeded to tell me there’s no way that could happen essentially calling me a liar. I heard it clear as day as they were scraped up. You can better value elsewhere! They don't offer any disposable rags so you can't wipe the interior or exterior of your car. He said they've only been open two months and they're on order still �! But you only will get that with the $15 option. Said they cater to the Costco crowd �! I think the Costco crowd would like a good value. They're more pricey than competitors and you get less. Definitely not the "Costco crowd!"
