Take responsibility for their errors - damaged my car - claimed it was my fault????
I highly do NOT recommend this place! The "manager" claims to be the owner , 🤣 There was sever damage to my moms car from the car wash and when we went to view the video, he claimed he could see the damage upon entering, (it was just dirt and water spots) when the wash was over however, the whole right side of the hood was scratched up severely! October 9,the 2019 My car was damaged at the auto spa, the attendant took pictures and called the owner. the attendant said I'd be taken care of, and to call or comeback during business hours. To the owner/partner of the man who was verbally abusive to me at the car wash today at approximately 11 AM, August 24, 2018. He was standing to the right on the entrance doing the pre-wash. Poor worker service and manager basically says: dont like it go somewhere else
If I could give NO stars I would! The incompetent employee that should have helped align my tires gave me no direction except straight, which caused my rims to ride on the edge. Both my rims are scraped up now, the owner proceeded to tell me there’s no way that could happen essentially calling me a liar. I heard it clear as day as they were scraped up. You can better value elsewhere! They don't offer any disposable rags so you can't wipe the interior or exterior of your car. He said they've only been open two months and they're on order still �! But you only will get that with the $15 option. Said they cater to the Costco crowd �! I think the Costco crowd would like a good value. They're more pricey than competitors and you get less. Definitely not the "Costco crowd!"
