RecommendedI had been a member of this car wash since they first opened (Auburndale location) and yes does it get the job done absolutely, but please be aware that the people who own this car wash are unprofessional and don’t value customers who have been loyal for years… One of the workers either not trained properly or didn’t care allowed a truck ahead of myself and children to go through with his E brake on causing the truck to stop mid way and his tow hitch ruined the front of my car. RecommendedDo not use they took paint off my running board that is 6 months old and told me it was likely a defect in paint.
Purchase one month plan and they kept charging $32.10 every month until my wife noticed it. Just refund me $32.10 when the charges were $96.30
our car was damaged and they are not taking responsibility
I want to cancel because I am moving - No one answers phone and no place on website to cancel. Not good business practice. I'll go to Better Business Bureau..

took our truck thru here...a 2013. it tore the pen striping off both sides. they had us take it to crash depot on wrecker hwy who then jacked up our paint. it now has to be painted. would never recommend this place. very rude manager saying he had it fixed outta the kindness of his heart lol what a joke. and no owner has even been in touch with us. poor poor management

first time visit. Will never go back went through carwash, after the wash was completed, I pulled over to use the vacuums and noticed that the wash completely tore off my passenger side mirror. I let a employee know what happen the manager came out with a an incident report paper .wanted me to sign it which stated they weren't responsible for any of the damages . I refuse to sign .
