I went through this car wash yesterday around noon and everything looked fine until i noticed a huge scratch on the hood of my car. & several other scratches. I went through two times to see if it would come off but it made it worse! Very upset I signed up for a subscription but will be canceling.

Says you can cancel easily but somehow website doesn’t list the fletcher location and won’t let you cancel. Edit: emailed guest support address that was found on website on sept 26 and no response, I’ll try to email this other one. Ty!

Vacuums are very strong. Free microfiber prep towels. I loved the wash and dry. Attendants were active, emptying trash and vacuums, replacing towels. Great to see a car wash that works properly.

Strongly warn against this place. I left with > 10 chips in my windshield and a smattering of chips in the paint on my hood. Edit: the company asked me to contact them to resolve this issue. However, I have contacted them 3+ times via email as instructed without a response. Radiant - please respond to my emails!!

Don't sign up for the membership here because when you need to cancel due to not being in the area anymore, they don't answer the phone and this location is not available to cancel using the online thing. I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my bank as there is no way to contact these people. Very disappointing.
