Came to get a wash, and they didn’t even pre scrub my car even though I paid for the plus option. We come all the time but this is the first time we’ve come around this time. They always pre scrub because it helps get off the harder dirt. So of course the front of our car was still dirty. Shouldn’t pick and choose what cars get the pre scrub, should just do it for every single customer.
Had the worst experience ever at a car wash. Didn’t scrub down before we went into wash. Paid for deluxe. Girl kept telling me to pull forward until I was on bumper of car in front. Once inside the equipment bend my front license plate and then towards the end, right before the dryer if shoveled my car forward and I had to hit brake twice!!! I almost hit car in front of me. Pay for deluxe car wash and before you finish the wash the vacuum is already shut off. Excuse is on a timer, well management needs to set timer for customers to get full service! $20 for half a— is not a good deal!
I went to wash my car on Saturday, mainly just to vacuum out my car, but went through the wash, I got their most “expensive” wash, (16 dollars) and when I went to vacuum out my car I noticed a big black spot on my driver side door, and colored foam still on my car. I spoke with our shift manager. He mistakenly told you that the video applied to this situation. It does not. If you have loose chrome or trim and it comes off. We are not responsible. It is clearly stated on our disclaimer sign before you entered the tunnel. Loose chrome or trim can occur on old and new cars.
DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! THEIR EQUIPMENT WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE!!! When you hear loud pops and bangs in a car wash and then the trim on your new $70K Expedition is broken in two different areas, it’s the car wash! They do not stand behind their service even when the attendant admitted they had people there working on the equipment. Just left there in a 2008 tundra. The wash mechanism somehow broke my auto fold on my side mirror. It worked in the payment drive as I folded them in to make it not such a tight squeeze. I folded them back out in the pre wash area so that they would get clean. The wash mechanism pushed both mirrors in and when I hit the button to return them to the out position the passenger side is not responding.
