RecommendedIt took me a while to accept pappys. I usually go out to rockwall because it’s what I know. I do the drive thru because, you know, gremlins. In rockwall, I could never get the back of my Yukon XL clean. NEVER! I finally tried pappys and the FIRST TIME through the back of my large SUV was clean. I will no longer waste my money at another place. Pappys has won my service. I am 100% not fond of their drying system but the wash is great!

RecommendedWe did a 12-hour round-trip road trip with 3 kiddos, a new dog, and a lot of dirt road driving in far west Texas. Pappy’s Express Car Wash whipped us right back into shape! Sparkling clean, and no more left over goldfish crackers in my floorboard! Ha!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Anyone who cares about their vehicle Do NOT go here!! We have been coming here for the 3 years we have lived in Josephine and never had an issue until now!! We went this past Sunday to clean my Tahoe and before we went in, no issues, when we came out the Driver side mirror was broken!!! I advised of the issue to the Manager, wrote up an incident report, only to be told almost a week later they WILL NOT REPLACE IT!! BEWARE this car wash will DESTROY your vehicle. I have used this car wash 3 times since it opened and every time i give them another chance something else gets damaged. It was pounding on my car so HARD it chipped paint off my top rack, CUT THE RUBBER AROUND MY WINDOWS AND LEFT DINGS AND SCRATCHES ALL OVER MY CAR!!! The last trip it broke a metal plate that it had also cracked on the first visit. BUYER BEWARE! We have used this car wash for years without issue. However, yesterday as our car was going through a basic wash, it tore the factory wind deflector right off of our car. I spoke to the business and they took down a report. I got a call this morning saying they would do nothing about it because "we have a sign". We have all seen the sign.
