After illegal membership created under my tag number (car sold 2 months ago). Tried to contact customer service. Extremely rude guy over the phone. "IF YOU HAVE ANY FUCKING PROBLEM GO TO THE ACTUAL SITE AND TALK WITH THE MANAGER" That was the answer from the dumb guy. Then be careful with this place. They don't know how to tread customers and of course they won't grant a refund for an illegal membership.
RecommendedHIGHLY do NOT recommend ever using Papa Bears Car Wash. My Jeep was damaged after going through, and before I took my Jeep through I SPECIFICALLY asked the employee working if it would be safe to take my Jeep through the car wash because I was iffy about it but was needing a clean car for a last minute event coming up, the girl said “It will be fine” “Yes ma’am it’s safe” when I asked again to be sure. This is a really nice car wash, so nice that I signed up for the $19.99 membership. However, I noticed that I was charged twice—one for a $49.99 service that I didn’t even sign up for. This happened to me last month as well. I have since cancelled my membership, tried to use the online chat on their site and have sent an email to have this resolved and get a refund, but hours later, I have yet to receive a response. Nice car wash, but don’t sign up for their membership.

they have been charging me twice a month since last August. If I find more people ripped off like me, I will start up a class action against them. certainly a nice car wash but not worth $90 per month they've been taking from me. if you've never been there before, stay away, their business model sucks and I have the proof of double payments they just refuse to refund my overages

on 1 visit almost had a car back into us at the entry of the tunnel and then today had a car run into the back of us inside the tunnel!!! All in the last month! So we canceled our monthly plan and will not be back!
