RecommendedI think I found my go to car wash! I attended today during their opening week and found that their staff was helpful and efficient despite the large amount of traffic. The car wash is well equipped with towels, powerful vacuums, compressed air and dispensers for both window cleaner and all purpose cleaner! Their tire shine did surprisingly well in covering my tires, which are larger and have an aggressive side wall. I will definitely be back! 10/10

Went back in August and they were running a deal for that day. It was the most expensive wash for like 10 dollars cheaper. I specifically asked the guy if it was going to sign me up for a membership and he said no. Looked at my bank account yesterday and sure enough signed me up without me saying they could and charged me 49.99. Make sure if you go you get a receipt saying that you’re not signed up cause they definitely will sign you up without you knowing. This was the Easley location

Went in June to get car wash at Easley location. Worker at machine said they were running a special that you can get a car wash every day during the month paying that one time price. Didn't think much of it just thought good deal for the month. Just looked at my banking and the deceitful worker signed me for a membership as I got charged $24.99. Buyer beware. First time going never been went to use card guy comes up says is this your first time I say yes he says awesome for coming to us we are giving you a free car wash within next 30 days for being a first time user. Doesn’t take my name or anything. Honestly I didn’t care I don’t normally use car washes and knew I wasn’t gonna come back anytime soon. This car wash scratched my entire brand new vehicle. The manager insisted it wasn’t the car wash. Finally I insisted on an incident report be filed. I heard back today and more bs about how the cameras couldn’t tell if my car had the scratches prior to entering the tunnel and that the scratches were inconsistent with the way the brushes turn. I would not recommend due to horrible customer service, poor quality of wash, and overpriced. After I canceled monthly service they continued to charge me. I would recommend Waves over Papa Bear.
