After today I am canceling my monthly membership. It is ridiculous that they have us in line when they should have closed the car wash until they could fix whatever issue that they are having. It is now 9:04 am and they open at 7am. I have been in line for over 45min. I had to call to find out why we are still waiting. I feel that this is something that the employees should have told us. Got the “All the magic” membership and 6 times so far it has left streaks all over my truck from the shammy‘s at the end. They claim it’s because of high traffic but about half the time it has happened there were no cars in front of me. Definitely canceling my membership because I shouldn’t have to wipe down my truck when I get home to remove the streaking.
Cancelled my monthly pass because the last 2 times I tried to get a car was they had barricades across entrance. They did offer refund or try to make it right.
It would be nice if Magic Tunnel had a web page for people to get prices. I was looking for prices for a 1 year membership as a xmas gift for my grandson. But no luck. Couldn't find anything. Just the location n a few reviews. Maybe they would have more business if they advertised their business, prices, n special packages. Christmas is around the corner, what a great gift to give someone. But now I'm moving on. Maybe a can find another car wash. Sorry..
