RecommendedEveryone is so nice and helpful but I wanted to know if anyone knows how late their open until. I cannot find much info on the internet.
I have been through multiple times. My car is even pictured going into the car wash on open day in advertisements for it (see attached pics of blue car going in). I was sold the monthly membership and even though I have had zero issues in the multiple times going through since they opened I have been told because I have a roof rack I can no longer use this because someone else rack got blown off by the air dryer. Recommendedwent through the was, asked the attendant to make sure he cleaned the tailgate, he didn't touch it, to concerned about a brush under tool box and a magnet that sticks to the floor. the other person looked like he never used a wrench to remove the antenna. lower quarter panels are still dirty, bug residue still on front bumper windshield and grill. This is the second and last time I go through the not so magic tunnel.
First time visiting today, was unsure of how it worked, employees weren't helpful, all they did was yell. One employee damaged the paint on our antenna trying to remove it. Definitely not worth almost $20, tailgate wasn't touched at all. Came from St Mary's and would not use again.
They charged my card today for the monthly service. However they are closed due to the mandated closing. No one is answering the phone to cancel. This is almost fraudulent to charge for a service you know you can’t provide. I have contacted the BBB for Maryland to get the owner information. At this point will have to cancel my card because I can find no other recourse!

Made my car more dirty on the roof and rims and it was a $20 car wash!!! Plus absolutely no customer service inside.. literally no one was there and I was inside for 10 minutes. I will never go back! And make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.

If you want to have your car damaged then this is the place to go! Car won't be clean, but the paint will be scratched.
when i pulled up, it was recommended i get the 14 dollar package. so i did. the truck was still dirty afterwards. the back tire was not even touched, nothing cleaned the wheels as well. the vacuums did what they did, they sucked. wish they had a pet hair brush for the nozzle to aid in getting that off the carpet.

After today I am canceling my monthly membership. It is ridiculous that they have us in line when they should have closed the car wash until they could fix whatever issue that they are having. It is now 9:04 am and they open at 7am. I have been in line for over 45min. I had to call to find out why we are still waiting. I feel that this is something that the employees should have told us.
