Went thru on 12/30/2016. They used a brush on my hood and front end, SCRATCHED THE HECK OUT OF MY PAINT! My self and my constituents at the Oakland County Airport will never go their again!!!
Their sign says "Do the right thing, not the easy thing", however when damage was done to our vehicle....they did the easy thing by stating it must have been a defective part! They have posted signs that state they are not responsible for after market installed parts......well this was not after market, it was factory installed. The dealership/body shop said there was no way this part was defective......even after given this information, Forster's still refused to cover the cost of the repair! Ive been using forster bros for yrs,but the last few weeks the washes have been terrible I'll just have to spend my 12 bucks somewhere else each week
