They were very busy today which I understand cuz it's a nice day out. The first person I came in contact with was very sweet gentleman. I paid for my services he was pleasant friendly nice guy. We had an appointment to get our truck detailed but they refused to do it because they were to busy. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call us to let us know not to come. Manager wouldn’t even talk to us. Bad customer service. Bad business.
This place is a joke. just got the mega wash and I still had dirt all over my truck, towel kid didn’t even say anything, and I tipped very well also, screw this place don’t go there!!!
