Went by today and got the promotion of 1 dollar subscription for the first month. The staff was great since arriving and assisting with the process. Once the car was washed we pulled over to vacuum and dry the car with the clean towels they had there. The staff even answered some questions I had about family plans and even assisted with drying the vehicle. Bluewave customer is a trash. They automatically charged me and I waited the customer call for almost 40 minutes to ask why they charged me and the woman was very rude. She said she can't answer me any questions and can't do anything for me and offer me to go the store to solve my problem. She sounded very angry and Ivdon't know what she had experienced but she did ruined my day. Very disappointed
