My favorite Bluewave is the one on Dove the customer service is beyond amazing. Bryan helped me dry my car and checked that everything got dried and even used the air machine as well. Everyone is so sweet and amazing. I love it here.
An excellent experience this morning. All staff were friendly and pleasant. One young man, Carlos, came over to me when I was in one of the vacuum spots and started helping me wipe down my car. He was a big help. Another gentleman, Brandon, a Manager Trainee, came to me and introduced himself to me and asked if I needed anything. The Blue Wave on Dove is, without a doubt, one of the best car washes in the area.
I’ve been to various car washes including Blue Wave. I’m not sure if it’s the management or all the super friendly & helpful kids working there but they make car washing a great experience. Keep up the good work, it does not go unnoticed. Above the rest!
I recently visited the newly opened Blue Wave Car Wash on Dove Road and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The facility is top-notch, quick, efficient, and clean. The standout feature for me, however, was the exceptional customer service, particularly from Audrey. Her cheerful demeanor and eagerness to assist made the experience even more pleasant.
Fast, friendly, and fair pricing. Danny helped me wipe down the car. Very convenient location.
Stopped by today and was immediately greeted by Sam! He was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Afterwards while vacuuming, Bryan, stopped to help wipe down my car! He was also very helpful and nice! Excited to be coming here from now on!
