Went to the car wash at the Blue Wave Express in ******* *****. Got there at 8:10 am wash my car only the $9 wash. I left at 8:20 a.m.. it started to sprinkle the streets got wet the car got dirty again from the dirt from the road. Made a u-turn went back to the ****************** Express in *******. Had my receipt they would not honor the receipt that I had just left for just the wash plain wash. Mind you I have three vehicles that I take at least six times out of the month. I took my 2017 yukon through car wash in **************, it got all scratched up. I spoke to *** at there claims office in ******* was no help, I asked for her supervisor; she claims she had none. She believes the damage was there already there she thinks im scamming the businesses. Which is a big lie..I havent heard from none of her supervisors.. I m still waiting...The pictures they took prove that the scratches werent there... It scratched up the hood,top of vehicle and the backside ..

DO NOT USE BLUE WAVE EXPRESS CAR WASH! I have had a membership at this business since it opened about four years ago. On Friday 01-20-2023 I went for my weekly car wash, half way thru the wash I saw my rear wiper was gone. Upon exiting I went to the vacuum stall where I confirmed my rear wiper arm had been broken off. I asked the attendant to retrieve my wiper arm, which he did.
