This location doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Initially my SUV came out clean, service was fine. More recently I have contacted them online to ask if they could have the attendants pay attention to how closely vehicle comes in behind each other. Great car wash for both interior and exterior cleaning. They do a thorough job, and the staff is always very kind and friendly.However, I canceled my car wash membership about seven months ago when they switched to a new system and increased their rates. At that time, they asked for my card to continue service, and I declined because I did not want to proceed at the higher rate. I have been going to Blue Wave for 10+ years. On April 20, 2025, when I was looking over my car as usual after they finished drying it, I immediately noticed the scratches on the hood, ****************** side door. I told the manager, he said its your paint . I said no it wasnt like this before I got here . We went back and fourth for a while but I had to leave for a funeral. I havent been back since. They lost a loyal customer

I drove up to the **************** location to purchase a single car wash as I live over an hour away from the location and just happened to be in town. The guy took my card, ran it, and gave it back to me. I noticed a charge on my card from them and decided to reach out to figure this charge out. I was finally able to reach somebody at the 800 number that they provide online after being on hold five separate times for over an hour each time. My New vehicle was scrapped while going through their washing . We felt a hit and we were out of the machine we checked the vehicle and it had small scrapes on the bumper. We filed an incident report and they immediately closed it stating the camera did not show any malfunction. My car was brand new and now has a scrap they refuse to acknowledge or repair.

They cracked my windshield, I even provided proof there was no damage before going into the tunnel and dash camera footage where you can hear the crack happen in the wash, they still deny liability saying the crack was already there. I had the manager look at the video footage and he told me there was no damage BEFORE the wash. I still can't reach corporate via email or phone, next step is small claims court!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had . the representative "Gabby" answered my phone .trying to explain to her the problem and she's not listening to me. Keep saying the same exact thing. I asked to talk to her supervisor "******" and she said she refuses to talk to me , wasted about 37 mins of my time.

I am currently being charged on my credit card for a vehicle that is not mine! I have canceled numerous times and have all the paperwork from the car wash showing it's canceled every month I have to go up there but I am still being charged. I have the printout of the plate of the car and the person's name as well. They have been washing their car on my dime for almost 8 months now! All I keep getting told is to call the customer service number to get a refund but I sit on hold for an hour each time and then the system hangs ... read more

The wash on *************************** ripped off the emblem off my 2022 Silverado. They will not take any responsibility for replacement.
