I purchased the Wash & Shine option, it is $15.00 at my local location in Montgomery Texas. This is by far the WORST car wash I have ever seen. The customer service was GREAT, but the quality of the actual car wash is TERRIBLE. Like I mentioned I did not purchase the least expensive option and my rims are still extremely dirty, there are tons of spots on my car with dirt streaks. NOT WORTH IT - TRUST ME! I had an awful experience in this place. My car ended up damaged during the wash; my vehicle license plate fell off, and my rear bump was ripped out. I filled out a form, and they told me they would give me an answer in 3 business days, but of course, they never did. I had to send emails and incessant calls, and to make even worse; their phone number leads you to some blasted advertising company. Wow! This place is amazing. The price is great! I also want to share that I had an issue during a wash, somehow a windshield wiper broke. The company handled the event so well. They have an amazing process. I filed an incident report and then someone called me after having reviewed the video. I purchased the Ceramic Shield Unlimited monthly membership. The whole wash cycle is so short as the products are added they are quickly rinsed off, the dryer is also too short and leaves with white spots(not sure from what chemical). I have to manually rub them off with the little (sometimes smelly) towels provided after every wash. The vacuums are really good and the people are nice.**UPDATE--down to 1 star as they still have NOT fixed their issue about leaving the car spotted after each wash**
I took my 2017 yukon suv through the car wash in san juan texas, and the brushes on the automated system; just literally tore up my paint. I mean there were swirl scratches from the hood to the top the vehicle and liz at the claims office at blue waves says they were there already. I asked for supervisor she says she takes care of the whole state of texas, there is know one above her. They need to compare her photos with mine.
