There’s always a massive line for this spot, so I figured it must be good. Turned into the line to get my car washed. The prices looked the same as other spots so I was confused why it would have a huge line always. I sat in line for 10 minutes when an attending came up and said there’s too much dirt in my truck bed to go through the wash. He said the cement blocks are fine, just too much dirt. I became a member and was happy with the service. My bike rack was never a problem and they even mentioned they turn a part off in the wash for bike racks. Sunday, we reminded them of the bike rack and reassured us it was secure to continue with the rack and stated again the part will be turned off to accommodate a bike rack. Pulled up to the car wash and its card only (I only ever carry cash, as a server) and the very nice attendant gave me one on the house and wished me a merry Christmas! I tried to pay him after the wash and he absolutely refused. Such a great wash, too! They have windshield washer fluid by the vacuums, which was a surprising treat. Best car wash experience I’ve had!

I visited BlueWave Express Car Wash in Pasadena and was kindly greeted by staff member Sabrina. She is very pleasant and informative and does a great job with my car. It was like a brand new vehicle. I usually go to the one in Alvin because it is closer to my residence but Sabrina did an impressive job and went above and beyond that shows in her work and her customer service. The drive was always worth the service and she will be missed. Congratulations on your new position and best wishes.

I love that this particular site on university drive is always there to assist you. I popped up the hood and before I knew it, Eric Ortiz, was filling the windshield washer fluid. Thank you guys for your assistance. I means a lot.
