Don't use this car wash! They will tear up your vehicle and not take responsibility for it! They know it's an issue and will not inform you of it. Now I have to take a hit on my insurance to have it fixed. I've used several other car wash places similar and have had no issues. One time here and look what happened! Would give 0 stars if Google would let me!
I have a 2006 Equinox. I’m a winter Texan. My car stays in Texas for the summer. Last season (Nov 2022-March 2023) I bought a pass to BlueWave. Used the new car wash in Alamo, TX all season. No issues. I return this season to same BlueWave, same car. The 4 times I’ve been through wash I’ve had damage to my car. Twice bent license plate, ripped off antenna & tore off my rear wiper. First timer at this location! Had a hick up before entering the actual wash. Luckily an employee there, Jacob caught the stuff in the bed of my truck and immediately reminded me about them! Had my electrical items been washed I would’ve be out $100s of dollars in product! Good eye by the employee!! I’m definitely going back!! Thank u Jacob Salinas greatly appreciated it!!!!
Absolutely STELLAR value and service! $13- was the low, $26 the high. And they loan you complimentary towels to wipe the few drips remaining. My car came out squeaky clean, and I was able to use vacuums complimentary. Wow - you guys get what it means to deliver Above and Beyond!!! Great Job!!! Some shady establishment right off the freeway in Mill Valley/Strawberry by McDonalds, wanted to charge me $199-, for the same service I received here. Blue Wave Rocks!!!!
Drying system is not efficient. Once you leave the tunnel, your car will be full of small drops that will dry quickly becoming unpleasant spots on the paint, windows and mirrors. A good wash is ruined if your drying is not good. Today my monthly plan appears like cancelled even when I payed my month less than a week ago. No one tried to help but just said "Your plan is cancelled". Ok, good reason to cancel it because it wasn't working well.
