The kid at the Alamo location told me it was $9.99 for a month. NEVER MENTIONED I’D BE CHARGED $19.99 every month after. Three months later I see a charge for $19.99. I called immediately and the lady Tiffany said they would cancel my membership and refund my $60 and that I had till March 9th to use it for free.
