Place seems to be always packed with people using the free vacuuming and us actual customers that get an actual carwash or pay the monthly fee have to either wait or go use other vacuuming resources, because no one is regulating this. How about making it to where u slide a membership card or paying for the vacuuming to avoid this??

Went by the Weslaco location today after paying as I waited in line i was asked to leave since my car was dirty lol. My car had some mud on the sideboards since it has been raining these few days, so I went by to wash it. The gentleman told me that I needed to exit the car wash because the mud on my car would cause damage to other cars.
Worst experience today. I will definitely stop using it and also tell family and friends to not visit any of the locations. The individual guiding the vehicles was very rude when he told me to remove my tow hinch.
5/20/2015 one of the employee was rude and didn't let me ask any questions , so I discontinue my membership from there
I've been here many times. Today was the worst. I go in for a wash and the antenna gets broken on my truck. I go in to ask about damages and the employee only leads me outside to point out a sign that the antennas need to be removed prior to the wash. EMPLOYEE THEN TELLS ME THAT THEY OFFER THE TOOLS TO REMOVE IT BUT NOT ONCE IN ANY TIME HAVE I EVER BEEN OFFERED THIS TOOL WHEN I GO TO THE WASH.
