The kid at the Alamo location told me it was $9.99 for a month. NEVER MENTIONED I’D BE CHARGED $19.99 every month after. Three months later I see a charge for $19.99. I called immediately and the lady Tiffany said they would cancel my membership and refund my $60 and that I had till March 9th to use it for free. BE CAREFUL WHEN SIGNING UP. It’s already happened twice that this company charges me for services that I am not signed up for. Not only that when I called the company they were charging me for a membership with no sticker or license plate recorded besides mine for a year! Additionally they were charging me for a membership out of state. Then upon cancellation IN PERSON & over the phone to verify…I was still being charged. It’s never ending. Customer service is so difficult to reach. I do not recommend whatsoever.
Got my truck washed there yesterday , well it was the worst wash ever. It left soap all over my front windows , all my windows and mirrors had water stains. Worst $12 dollars I ever spent . I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody
Last time I take my care there $9 down the drain�
I simply wanted to get my vehicle washed last Monday. What I got was a damaged door, which cannot close anymore, and another vehicle hitting me from behind. All of this while going through the carwash. The carwash malfunctioned as I was nearing the end, it made my vehicle jolt and it threw my vehicle off tracks which seems to have caused the vehicle from behind to hit me. Hate it they didn't even let us dry the inside of our truck, and the closing time is a lie they closed at 7 not eight. Never going there again. #worstcarwash #dontgohere #iwantarefound
Place seems to be always packed with people using the free vacuuming and us actual customers that get an actual carwash or pay the monthly fee have to either wait or go use other vacuuming resources, because no one is regulating this. How about making it to where u slide a membership card or paying for the vacuuming to avoid this??
