For the 2nd time an employee (At the Reading Road location in Rosenberg) has taken our credit card numbers a set up and account for themselves or someone else. This happened to my husband a few years ago and now it has has happened to me. I went through in my mom's car, paid $15 for a one time wash and apparently whoever helped me helped themselves to a package deal. I went to the Blue Wave car wash in Rosenberg. I was vacuuming out my van when the manager came out and told me that he would not be able to wash my car that day because of an issue around the headlight(My van has a loose running light that needs to be reseated. ) and that because i wasnt a paying customer that i would need to leave. That there was just an accident on his lot because the vaccums were full of non paying customers. This USE to be my favorite place to get my car washed. After going yesterday I've changed my mind. My car was not completely cleaned and I even got the next to highest washes. Now if you wash your car before going you may be more satisfied. I'm not sure what they've done but I'm very disappointed in the way my car looks.
I brought my lincoln navigator in because I heard such great things. Well I'm pretty pissed this car wash beat the hell out of my vehicle. I knew I was going to find damage to the car as soon as the wash started and I was right . I have chips in the paint and it broke the front of the the car off which I didn't even notice until my husband popped the hood and part of it started flapping. I'm pissed .
