She was extremely helpful, very professional, & a wonderful personality. It was great to see such wholesome work ethics & she seemed to really enjoying her job & accommodating her customers with a great personality, very respectful. We came into blue wave off of the highway after a large piece of metal flew into our windshield. Thankfully the good Lord was with us and we only had a few minor scratchers and a broken windshield. Three very nice gentleman came to check on us and were very accommodating- helped us by vacuuming the car while we collected ourselves. They checked in on us several times. Eric was the BEST today!!! I needed to renew my membership, so he helped me with that BUT he towel dried my car for me while I vacuumed out my car - NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He was so friendly and made sure I was buckled up before I left the bay area to leave for the afternoon!!! He was definitely service with a smile!!!

My husband and i go on a weekly basis.....we love it!!! Sometimes we have to wait for vacuums but its understandable....especially during the summer!
