Eric was the BEST today!!! I needed to renew my membership, so he helped me with that BUT he towel dried my car for me while I vacuumed out my car - NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He was so friendly and made sure I was buckled up before I left the bay area to leave for the afternoon!!! He was definitely service with a smile!!!

My husband and i go on a weekly basis.....we love it!!! Sometimes we have to wait for vacuums but its understandable....especially during the summer!
