Watch out y’all, they’ll charge you $32.99 twice a month. When you ask for a refund, they tell you they will review but it’s up to them if they want to refund you 🤷🏼♀️ not bringing my brand new truck there to get scratched up anyway, so please, give me my refund!
Went there Saturday and was turned down because I had a dirty truck. There was mud on the truck but isn’t it a car wash. I paid with credit card and he said it would refund in two or three days. But no worries I went across the street to speedy stop and they washed truck no questions asked. Long story short I guess Bluewave only washes clean cars. Will not be back.

Me and my family all use BlueWave to wash our cars. They do a great job and the staff is so friendly. But, they have lost me and my family’s business. Their machine broke my back windshield wiper the other day and I filed a claim with them. I wasn’t the only car whose wiper broke off in the wash, either. I waited days for a response just to find out they will not cover the damages. Supposedly they have a sign saying that they aren’t liable for any damages.
