Very Swesome Service, highly recommend.. Ron was my service rep at the check in & very helpful. He knew what I needed by the bug build up on my truck & it is so worth the monthly service, ceramic is the way to go. I always wash & wax my truck with 4 layers of Ceramic wax for the trip to my job down by the plants. But today my back was out & my baby needed a wash! Thank you Ron for your help! :)

I’m normally not one to speak negative about a company, but this car wash broke off both of my factory toy mirrors, I finally got a claims rep to call back several months later to say there is a sign that says not responsible for damages on vehicles over 5 years old. I spoke with a technician there and she said every single day parts are ripped off of cars and they don’t cover the damages. Be very careful when they offer you $10 per month for unlimited service. They charged me $20.99 and it's been three months and I never authorized a monthly service and the worst thing is that no one answers me at WAVE EXPRESS CAR WASH.🤬🤬🤬
Watch out y’all, they’ll charge you $32.99 twice a month. When you ask for a refund, they tell you they will review but it’s up to them if they want to refund you 🤷🏼♀️ not bringing my brand new truck there to get scratched up anyway, so please, give me my refund!
Went there Saturday and was turned down because I had a dirty truck. There was mud on the truck but isn’t it a car wash. I paid with credit card and he said it would refund in two or three days. But no worries I went across the street to speedy stop and they washed truck no questions asked. Long story short I guess Bluewave only washes clean cars. Will not be back.
