Randy is a jerk and does not have the customer service skills to manage. I canceled my membership and will not be returning to this franchise.
I tried this place and actually signed up and was given false info....I tried to resolve the issue and thought it was but no and Randy was the worse possible person to talk to then and especially today. When you are given a business card with a name on it that says that they are site manager and when you ask for them they are never there and then was told today that Sawyer wasn’t manager but the business card says other wise😡 such a rip off from them take your money and not provide what I paid for🤬

Damaged my friends car today and after PROMISING to cover damages took back their word. Owner was suppose to call her tonight and never did. The manager personally caused part of the damage as they admit her windshield wipers worked and it is on camera. After he “fixed” her car by tearing off the part of the car wash her vehicle is further damaged. I told her to contact the news stations! Consumer beware! She will be taking them to court!

System automatic license plate reading system doesn’t work, the staff is rude, and it’s never cleaned my car satisfactorily. 0/5 would recommend.
$21 for a car wash and my car was still dirty. It also ripped off my license plate. After talking to a handful of people, I have heard many people complain about things this car wash has done to their vehicle. The only nice thing is that it takes 1 minute.
