Everyone is friendly, never have had to wait more than a minute or two to go through wash and the staffs’ customer service is #1. Last night right before I went through, a staff member informed me I had something hanging down under my car. He checked to make sure it wouldn’t get caught up and afterwards, August, offered to look under my car to see what it was. Now that is customer service. Also nice to have free clothes available to drive off car in addition to the free vacuums.
This car wash is ten times better then silver star!! August, that guy is awesome. Always checking to make sure our experience is top notch, out going and super friendly!! You need more people like August! Thank you
I regularly have to wash my work truck and have been to all the car washes in town. Just visited Blue Tide and it’s by far the best.
Very friendly staff Love that they make sure they don’t miss a spot on your vehicle & have plenty of access to vacuums to get the inside clean just like outside.

Went today and got my car washed. First thing I loved about it was how friendly Randy was along with the other 2 people's I interacted with. Second was the car wash its self, it was so bright and airy going though it, while normal car washes are all dark and you can't see much. Third was the mat washing station! what a great idea that is, I was so amazed and I loved how clean and DRY my mats came out after using it. I had some clearance issues with the exhaust on my Camaro but the Manager made things right. Excellent and Quick wash, just be aware of low vehicles. We will be returning.
So fast and does a great job cleaning the bugs off my vehicle!
