Terrible customer service and worse business people! Both my wife and I were monthly members. We each had an incident within a short time period. At the Tumwater one in the Fred Meyer parking lot they sent a huge 4x4 F150 in before me and my mustang. The tires on the truck were too big for the tracks and it got stuck. My mustang got pulled into the stuck truck. The attendant called the Tumwater police because he felt I was at fault because “if you rearend somebody it is always your fault” ( his exact words). Just went through the wave car wash in lacey twice and my car is still dirty. Apparently, their car wash is so great that they no longer feel the need to use the brushes to pre wash your car. I do not find this to be true. What a waste of money.
Went through the car wash this past Monday (July 12). Upon exiting the car wash, we noticed our windshield was cracked. We filed and incident report with a promise we would hear from a manager the following day. No one called. This morning someone named Brian called me to tell me they have no liability because “10/10 times it’s because there’s a rock chip in your windshield.” So I pulled into your business with an intact windshield and left after your service’s that I PAID FOR with a damaged windshield without so much as an ... read more
NOT impressed. Wish I would have gone back through. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than pay attention to the pre-brush/wash work!
