I just stopped by for my annual Mother's Day free car wash with the purchase of a wash book and was told they dont do this anymore. IT WAS PRINTED ON THE SIGN. I pointed to it and was told that's the back of the sign. Well, I'll be buying my gift somewhere else from now on.
Average car wash. Disappointed that paying for the top wash my rear licenseplate & surrounding area were still dirty.
Had to go through 3 times just for them to get bird crap off the side of my car. Terrible service
I used this car wash yesterday. Not only do I still have a lot of dirty spots on my car, but it scratched the hood of my car up pretty bad. Some of the scratches went completely through the paint. Huge bummer.
What a waste of a couple hours Went to Tumwater Wave car wash The huge F-350 in front of me got stuck. The machine ran me into his hitch 3 times. They stopped the machine and looked and restarted. Only damage was a license plate. Ok things happen. This is where things went downhill They said they do not cover license plates. Crap company. Wash was mediocre at best. The curtain flappers hit my wipers so hard it cracked my windshield. They refused to make it right. They ignored my calls and wouldn't talk to me. Nick, the manager just blew me off and wouldn't return my calls.
