Just did a deep polish to my truck over a week ago. I needed to get a wash. Went to Sully’s a couple of times before. At the time the customer service was great. This last time I went. There was scratches all down both sides of the truck. So I called and spoke to a manager and he asked for pictures. So I sent them to him. Even brought my truck up there and even a couple of workers there said it was from the wash. Management said it didnt happen then that I created the scratches and said there is nothing they will do about it... read more
