RecommendedWhat a great experience, this is a great new car wash and much needed for the area. The staff today was fabulous and the wash did great job on my suburban. Loved the free towels to use to dry door jambs and rest of excess water and free vacuums are great.

RecommendedI took the 2015 Traverse through the new Rolling Thunder car wash today (opening day). It looks better than new from the rooftop to the tires. I immediately signed on for the 2023 Traverse to take advantage of the Founders Club super deal while still available. I'm not easily impressed but all I can say is "WOW". Thanks, Rolling Thunder. It's about time Palmyra had a decent (great) car wash.

Bad customer service ever, it has been twice that I had bad experiences with this car wash. First time, we paid for the highest price and hoped that the car would be clean. But no, my husband’s car is white, somehow it didn’t cleans the car instead gave us the black sticky marks all over the car. We talked to an employee then he called a guy that was in the room, he came out and said something about the wax that made the car not clean. He walked away, he wasn’t helpful. The tire shine only does half the tires .. so why pay if you gotta do the tires yourself ..

I paid for a upgraded wash it didn't get my truck clean, when I talked to assistant manager Evan he told me to go home and hose it off.

Nonstop changes in hours of operation! Why even post hours when it's always a daily guessing game? Another cloudy day and another day this carwash will be closed early! It's new stuff and all, but you'll see within minutes why people are bailing from their monthly car wash subscriptions!

Sorry excuse for a car wash! Might as well just be a water fall with flashing lights. Upon exiting I saw some spots not cleaned and was given some lame excuse like I said a water fall with lights! Save your money. It a very nice compliment to the lame experience I just had in the service department should have know better!!! I do now!
