Got a really bad car wash here. Paid $12 for the middle grade car wash and there was still significant dirt on the hood and tailgate of my Ford Explorer. Complained to the attendant and even show on the hood where just lightly rubbing the dirty spot with my, it came off. Attendant said, we really don’t have a brush that cleans that and you would have to wipe that off or hand wash it. Sorry but I did not get my money’s worth today.
Horrible customer service and when their equipment destroys parts of your vehicle they do not care. If you don’t want to wreck your car especially trucks and everyone nowadays has one almost DONT EVER GO HERE! Tell all your friends to stay away!!!!!!!
They certainly don't take the time to hand clean the rear tailgate of an SUV which their brushes missed completely. The drying system left the car half wet. Back to Mr. Wizard.
