We loved this place and went there all the time until our car had paint peeled from the front bumper and management was extremely rude, full of excuses, and refuses to fix. Take your money elsewhere!
Was a member for several months with much satisfaction. Recently the guys running the manual rinse both got the nozzles too close to an XPEL protectant layer and cut through the adhesive sticker. Simple mistake that was done not out of negligence. - just happens when getting bugs off. One of the guys even noticed and rubbed it with his thumb, which the manager later confirmed he watched on video. I filed a claim and never heard back.
