Closed every time it rains. I typically only have time to get my truck washed on Saturdays, I drove to the car wash today around noon and they were closed due to “heavy rain” they also said that they would be closed Sunday due to the rain. When I arrived at noon there was no rain in site and the “heavy rain” did not come in the area until 5 that afternoon. Workers are rude and lazy. The young lady with purple braids was in such a hurry to go sit down, she sent a truck through with her co-worker still in the bed of the truck causing him to fall. No customer service at all!!!!!
This is courtesy of Cherry Blossom car wash on Bass Rd. 🚘 🧼 ⚠️ Mark Knight called today and informed us that “it is NOT their policy to do anything about it because the car is over 5 years old.” And this is after he took 3 days for his 14 cameras to be reviewed.
