Unprofessional! The owner promised to fix my sister’s car which was damaged in their car wash and then changed his mind when she decided to let the media know! Do the right thing! Quit deleting and blocking people and comments that are speaking the truth about you!
This car wash damaged by back bumper back in September of 2025. After waiting 67 days, my claim was denied based off of previous damage. I knew I had none, so I protested in front of this location until, I met with the owner, Terral Hill, who agreed to pay for repairs only if I remove my viral videos on social media. This car wash damaged the front and rear bumper of my vehicle. Over two months, I emailed their claims department 10+ times with no follow up. I received one TWO minute phone call where I was told they’d call me back because the info they had was incomplete. SIXTY TWO DAYS later after yet another unanswered email, I get a call that my claim is denied due to clear photo and video footage of previous damage on my vehicle. THERE IS NO WAY. There’s days they decide to close early because “it’s a slow day”, because of my job I can only go between 6:30-8 pm. Like today, I get there at 6:50 pm and it’s closed. It’s supposed to be open until 8pm. I have 2 subscriptions, had them for years now. Gonna cancel them and I’m going across the street. Definitely do not recommend this car wash !
I wish I could give them 0. This is happened on September 10th, 2022 at Katy location. I heard some noise on the roof at the beginning of the car wash, and when my car was under dryer we heard a loud crashing noise and the end of my roof was shattered in pieces. The employee of the car wash verified that the damage will be covered; however, after many calls back and forth between the managers they said that they will NOT cover the repairs and that my car was malfunctioning prior the car wash!!! After investigating your incident claim, we determined the damage occurred due to the pre-existing condition of your vehicle’s spoiler. Our car wash is safe, but unfortunately cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions.
Pressure wash isn’t working 3 of the last 4 times. I will try to upload video going thru the car wash with soap on my vehicle and pressure wash not coming on. Saving water maybe? Will upload on other review sites as well.
