very bad customer service and they are the worst reps ever. they upgraded to a new system which I have been charged on. then they refunded me partial money and wanted me to pay full price all over again and wait for 20 more minutes in their long line. sadly .

I'm done with this place. An employee turned off the vacuums before I was finished because it was closing time! How rude! Then he ignored me when I tried to talk to him about it. I go to the new place closer to me just a block over, iShine. They offer more services anyway.
