I’ve been a customer for over 2 years. I never had an issue until last week when the brush tore my drivers’ side mirror off. Liz in claims refused to cover it because my car was 5 years and 2 months old. They don’t accept responsibility for anything over 5 years. This was after she told me they looked at the footage and saw that my car was fine when I entered the bay and the exact moment their brush knocked the mirror off. On top of that, I’ve spent over 20 minutes on hold just trying to cancel my membership.

Beware! When signing up for one month of unlimited washes, it will continue to charge you every month. When calling, their customer service department is no help and refuses to refund the charges. Horrible company!
DO NOT USE---ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE! The dryer blew the spoiler off of my vehicle causing over $800 worth of damages. The local and area managers refuse to return calls and claim this is was due normal wear and tear because my vehicle is more than 2 years old. They are fully aware that the blower has an issue because they stated that license plates get bent up or broken all the time and they have had trim blown off their own vehicles. Other vehicles were damaged the same week.
