Destiny did a great job setting me up on the family plan. They have free towels and windshield wiper fluid. They offer a level of professional customer service that I have never seen at a carwash. Great job guys! I sincerely appreciate your kindness.
The best car wash ever!! I love the manager and all the team members. Tray is always smiling, polite, and helpful. They got all the nifty tools and gadgets you need to clean your car. I always leave here happy. I have been a regular customer for the last year and I will continue to come to this location !!!
I visited the Livingston location on November 25th. I was greeted with a smile and welcomed by the staff. It was very refreshing to see a manager so involved (Destiny) she never skipped a beat. She was right there as I exited to hand dry my truck and when I offered her a tip, she refused stating that it was enough to see me so satisfied. I will be returning.
Blue Wave is the best and consistent car wash available in Livingston. It has great customer service and my needs have always been taken care of at each visit. My most recent customer service experience was with Jasmine. She was very helpful and professional! Promptly resolved my issue. Thanks Blue Wave team!
I have nothing but praise for Blue wave car wash. The team is always cheerful and extremely helpful and friendly. I must say even in the triple digit weather the manager assisted me with the kiosk and highlighted membership perks. That says “great leader” to me. Leading by example is a great quality and skill the manager (Destiny) has demonstrated time after time. The whole team seems to enjoy their jobs and work together making it a great experience for customers.
