Bad customer service , manager did not care about my complaint !
I took my car through their car wash, and their machinery broke my non-removable, Ford factory installed, wired antenna. I've spoken to three managers: Maggie, Rick Fuentes, and Al Rodriguez. None want to rectify the situation and make the customer happy, as their website states. Unless you want to pay for the damage they do to your car, I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Today I took my Ford Explorer 2015 to get washed and upon exiting the car wash I found that the machine was soo hard on the vehicle that it actually broke off the drivers side door handle!! When speaking with the manager to she non chalantly with absolute no regard towards the incident told me there was nothing they could do about the situation ...simply recommended I claim an incident report!
