Been the a couple of times n it quick n easy. I would keep going cause there is good prices.
In all fairness, so far I have really liked using this car wash. Convenient location for me. However this last visit, Monday July 11, 2016 after 5 pm, I had pulled in just to vacuum out my car. Each vac stall was occupied as it was after work. I'd say 80% of the customers were female, as am I. I was approached by a middle aged man trying to sell me car air fresheners out of a plastic bag. Bluewave caused $359 worth of damage to my two week old Jeep. When contacted by management it was an assistant manager and I was told to bad so sad. And on top of that the Jeep was not clean. Again was told I should have washed before going through the carwash.
I get a wash done today. My radio antenna gets broken off by their wash and they just point to a sign that we as customers have to remove our antennas prior to the wash. Then they tell me they have the tools to remove them. NOT ONCE IN ALL THE TIMES I'VE GOTTEN MY CAR WASHED THERE HAVE THEY EVER OFFERED TO REMOVE THE ANTENNA TO PREVENT DAMAGE. IF YOU GO THERE TO GET A WASH AND HAVE DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE ; YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE TURNED AWAY WITH A COLD SHOULDER
