Sylvester Georgia location. The business in going to heck! Two large brushes are pressing in on the mirrors. The first top brush has not worked in the last several week. The led lights don’t work half the time. The track that pull the car on failing. And the don’t fly the US FLAG anymore. I stepped my 2 cars package down today. I thought we had a top notch car wash but it’s falling apart!!!!

Blue Wave Express Car Wash was 100% responsible for damage caused to my mirror during a wash. After a claim was filed, they notified me that they are not liable due to "dry rotting" on the inside. I went to the manager of the site on bicentennial and dove (where the incident happened) and the Manager Sam and another employee confirmed that nothing on the inside resembles rotting of any kind.
