I have been here three times, with the last two being a bad experience. This past Saturday 12/21, I went through the carwash and came out with damage to my vehicle! I let employee know, he took pictures and said he will submit information to claims department. Today I received a call from the claims department, the representative Emmanuel said that they watched the video footage, saw where I entered the carwash without damage, and saw that after the first step of the wash that my vehicle was damaged. First time to use blue wave have to say immediately was disappointed. Apparently they don’t realize that the US dollar is still legal tender and used to pay all debts public or private. Another example of the woke world we live in. Will never go back again and plus car wash was mediocre at best.
Took my Jeep to this car wash multiple times, took my jeep there recently and the car wash broke my license plate holder, talked with management and all the can say is will make a report... didn't even say sorry or care that it happened, I wouldn't recommend this wash...
